Your card name has a 20-character limit, including spaces. Here’s how to shorten it:
- Your first and last names will appear; middle names may be abbreviated or removed.
- Your first name may be shortened to an initial if necessary.
- Special characters will be replaced with standard Latin characters.
- If it still doesn’t fit, only your last name will show.
Why No Non-Latin Characters?
Vault.Bank cards only support Latin characters, so special characters will be replaced with their closest Latin equivalent.
You cannot customize your card name. To change the name linked to your account, go to the icon that looks like a person and click on the help option, to contact us for Support or Feedback.
