Yes, you can use ATMs outside of the United States. Just keep in mind that MoneyPass® surcharge-free ATMs are only available within the United States and Puerto Rico.
When you use your Vault.Bank Debit Card outside of the United States, please note that it will be considered an out-of-network ATM. This means there will be a fee from Vault.Bank, and the ATM owner may also charge you a fee.
