An incoming wire transfer is an electronic transfer of funds directly deposited into your Vault.Bank account from another financial institution.
What information do I need to provide to receive a wire transfer?
To receive a wire transfer at Vault.Bank, provide the sender with the following details:
- Bank Name: Vault.Bank
- Routing Number: 075918473
- Account Number: Your Vault.Bank account number
- Account Name: Your name as it appears on your account
- SWIFT Code: If applicable for international wires, insert SWIFT code.
Are there any fees for receiving wire transfers?
Yes, Vault.Bank will charge a $10 fee for receiving wire transfers.
How long does it take to receive a wire transfer?
- Domestic Wire Transfers: Typically received the same day if sent before the sending bank’s cutoff time.
- International Wire Transfers: May take 1–5 business days, depending on the originating bank and country.
Can I track an incoming wire transfer?

What happens if the wire transfer details are incorrect?

Can I receive wire transfers in foreign currency?
Yes, Vault.Bank accepts incoming wire transfers in foreign currency. The funds will be converted to USD at the prevailing exchange rate before being deposited into your account.
Is there a cutoff time for receiving wires?
Incoming wires are posted to accounts on the same business day if received by 4 PM. Wires received after the cutoff time will be posted the next business day.
How will I know when the wire transfer has been credited to my account?
Once the wire transfer is processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification (if enabled) and can view the credited amount in your Vault.Bank account via online or mobile banking.
